Nothing in my life has been so challenging and so rewarding as cultivating a committed lifetime partnership and developing as a parent. Both are a lot of work, psychologically and emotionally, and they shape a person in profound ways. I would hardly be the person I am without them. I am deeply grateful for my partner and children, and for the ways they have made me who I am.
