The summer of 2003 was my second summer for demolition derbies.  This summer I drove a 1977 Pontiac Bonneville.  I competed in the Jay County derby, but my car stopped running about 5 minutes into the heat.  In early September, I took my car up to Roanoke, Indiana.  I did pretty well in this derby.  There was around 20 cars in my heat and I was part of the last 5 running.  I ruined my radiator, battery, and rear end in this derby.  I ended up getting rid of my car the next day.  Here are some before and after pictures of my car.

   These three pictures are the before pictures of my car.  The after pictures look much different.

    These 5 pictures are the after effects of what I did to my car at the Roanoke derby.  As you can

   see the left back end of my car got smashed down into my tire.  The right back end of my car

   got smashed upwards.  The front end got smashed pretty far in and busted my radiator.
