Assignment for Mon 11/19: sects. I C-G, pp. 483-497
We will be reading only the section I of the this paper. The halfway point in that section falls within subsection C and it is where Kronman begins to present his own approach to the issue of advantage-taking in contracts. On Wed we will look at his presentation of issue in the introduction and sections I A and B. One Fri, we will look at his Kronman's own approach as he presents it in the remainder of section I. As you read the description of advantage-taking for Wed, think how you would distinguish legitimate from illegitimate instances of it.
