As part of preparing for our second discussion of Gilgamesh on Friday, you should (as always) think of questions about the text that we might discuss. Your assignment is to send me one such question before 8 am on Fri.

You don’t need to write this out as a full question (though, of course, you may). But you should note a page number and add at least a phrase indicating the topic you are asking about. Although the specific passages you refer to should come from books VII-XI, it’s certainly OK to raise issues that will also lead us to discuss the first part of the epic further.
